We ship to addresses within the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days of shipping. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Holiday orders

Carriers get busy from late November through December. If you're buying a gift, we recommend ordering early.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged or hasn't arrived within 15 business days of shipping, email us at erikaotto@me.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
